“I currently reside in Dayton OH, and will be moving with my wife Chrissie and son Andrew to southwest Florida this coming June. I also have 2 daughters Catherine and Julia.
After spending the early part of my career in IT, I first joined the CI industry in 2005 leading a support team for Universal Electronics (Nevo division). This was one of the first platforms to leverage WiFi to bring device control to the connected home. I knew at the time that this was the industry in which I belonged. During the economic downturn a few years later I joined Motorola Solutions as a WiFi security engineer, ultimately deploying a proof of concept WiFi solution in over 200 stores for a major grocery chain which included real time analytics and in store customer location services.
Ultimately I desired to get back to the industry and as an early adopter of Sonos for my personal use I was excited to join the Sonos team in 2013 as a Regional Account Manager covering the Great Lakes Region. I continued to work in the territory through 2019 covering 325 active Sonos dealers. I have an extensive background in networking and WiFi and love to tackle complex network design and installation projects. I look forward to working with Josh.ai dealers to deliver the ultimate home automation solution.”

iPhone or Android? Personally I use Android but I am system administrator for a household of IOS users so really multi-platform.
What do you do for fun? I enjoy waterskiing, sailing, and flying. Recently I have been building industrial pipe furniture which is quite fun.
